Refer a host with 4+ bedrooms. When they list and go live, you get $500.
$50 per member
Refer a friend who books a room. After their first 14 days, $50 is yours. (If they book your own property, your booking fee is waived instead.)

Your friend signs up through your link and either lists their property (host) or books a room (member). We track everything automatically.
Once your referral qualifies, your bonus is paid directly to your connected bank account. No limits — refer as many people as you want.
Host referrals pay out once the new owner is approved and has at least one active 4+ bedroom listing. Member referrals pay out after the new member has been on an active lease for 14 days.
Cash bonuses go to your connected Stripe payout account. If you don't have one yet, we'll prompt you to set it up — it takes a few minutes and uses Stripe's secure onboarding.
No — self-referrals are not eligible. Each invitee must be a new Roomiez account.
Each invite is good for 90 days from when you send it. If your friend doesn't sign up in that window, the invite expires.
